The Hallelujah What?!
What's The Hallelujah Diet?
The Hallelujah Diet is vegetarian in the purest sense of the word: vegetables, fruit, nuts, and seeds — no animal products whatsoever.
Many people choose not to eat any animal-source foods for animal rights reasons or environmental concerns. We do it simply because it is the best way to nourish the human body.
A diet comprised of mainly vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds provides optimal nutrition, which equips the body to be self-healing as God intended it to be.
A diet free of animal-based foods may seem like the latest trend, but really it’s the oldest one in the “book.” After creating mankind, God’s first instructions regarding human diet are:
“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat [food].“ Genesis 1:29 (KJV)
There’s nothing in God’s original diet about eating the animals, milking them, or eating their eggs.
In recent years, modern science is increasingly proving what the Bible had right all along. That is, a diet based on whole, plant-based, living foods in their natural state provides all the protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals the human body needs.
The Hallelujah Diet is based upon this original, perfect model for human nourishment.
Our Juice Ups will show you how to change your mindset and skill set regarding food in order to, as Christian financial guru Dave Ramsey puts it, “Live like no one else — so that you can live like no one else.”
